At Poulten & Graf home office has a long tradition

In the days of the Corona crisis, many companies created the possibility of letting employees work in the home office in order to reduce social contacts to a minimum and still get the job done.

Poulten & Graf was a pioneer in the field of home offices. As the press article shows, Hans Graf, Managing Director of Poulten & Graf, has made it possible for employees to return to work as ‘teleworkers’ after parental leave in 2001. Heide Fahrenkrog-Keller, who is still working in the company today, turned her cow room into her home office and was happy that she was able to return to work.
