How to proceed with repairs?
When sending a Poulten & Graf product (for example FORTUNA® Dispenser) for repair back to Wertheim (Address: Poulten & Graf GmbH, Karl-Carstens-Str. 10, 97877 Wertheim, Germany), please ask our customer service for a ticket number and for a safety declaration (download here) in advance. Both must be submitted with the equipment to be repaired.
Without the ticket number and the safety declaration the repair can not be carried out.
