Responsible handling of conflict minerals
The so-called conflict minerals are tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold (also known as 3TG), which come from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries.
As we mainly manufacture our products from glass and plastic, this only affects a small part of our product range. As a responsible company, we are actively committed to ensuring that no conflict minerals originating from regions where human rights violations and illegal financing of armed groups occur are used in our supply chain.
We are committed to complying with relevant legal regulations, such as EU Regulation 2017/821 and the Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502. To ensure this, we work closely with our suppliers to make the origin of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) transparent.
To this purpose, we demand a responsible procurement policy from our suppliers as well as proof of the conflict-free origin of these raw materials. Through regular inspections and any necessary cooperation with certified smelters, we ensure that our products meet the highest ethical and social standards.
Our aim is to promote a sustainable supply chain and contribute to the global reduction of trade in conflict minerals.

Yours sincerely
