In the following years, a structural change took place in the use of classic laboratory glasses, the demand for semi-automatic pipetting auxiliaries increased. Hazardous chemicals in particular had to be able to be dosed safely and quickly.

The breakthrough came in 1976 with the FORTUNA® OPTIFIX® bottle top dispenser, which – continously being further developed – is today one of the best products in its class.
